Robert Radoccia
Rob is an inquisitive, caring, and warm individual. When you meet with Rob, his genuine interest in people and in getting to know you and your family is evident. Rob comes from humble beginnings. He grew up in a working class family where integrity, hard work, and education were tenets of his upbringing. His desire to realize, not only his, but also your dreams is the driving force behind his motivation.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, academic and sports scholarships afforded Rob the opportunity to expand his horizons. After graduating from Philllips Exeter Academy in 1981, he returned to Rhode Island where he completed his graduate degree from Brown University in 1985, in both Economics and Political Science. Rob moved to New York, where he worked on Wall Street, gaining the majority of his experience with the prestigious investment bank, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. As Vice President, he traveled between New York and London and later relocated to Hong Kong as Executive Director of the Hong Kong trading office. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at BankBoston and Union Bank of Switzerland in market trading positions.
Rob differentiates himself from other wealth managers because of his true interest in the welfare of his clients, who often view him as an extended member of their family. With a keen and diligent personality, Rob focuses on providing personally tailored investment strategies and customized financial advice in the areas of asset allocaton, wealth preservation, retirement, and charitable giving. He is a registered representative with FINRA, and is a licensed Registered Investment Advisor.
Travel in his early career sparked a lifelong passion to explore new places, meet new people and experience different cultures, enjoying their food, wine, art and history. In addition to travel, Rob is an avid reader, loves to be outdoors and exercise but mostly enjoys spending leisure time with his wife, Melisa, and their two sons, Lucas & Caleb.
